Serac 5-year warranty

We’ll replace or repair, as we determine, any product supplied by us. Though you’ll be responsible for paying shipping and handling fees for the replacement item. If a defect in material or workmanship happens under conditions of normal and proper use and maintenance (fair wear and tear excepted), given that all of the below are true:

a) The gear was handled and maintained in accordance with the Serac’s instructions.

b) You let us know via email as soon as possible and provide photos of the defect along with the order number.

c) The defect happens within 60 months from the date you bought the item

d) The item has not been repaired or modified by anyone other than Serac or at the Serac’s direction.

e) The defect hampers the functionality of the product and is not cosmetic.
